Butterbear Tin Gift Set

When I first began writing this blog, it was an huge struggle to build up the reviews and the extensive database that I have managed to achieve today. When faced with the task of reviewing thousands of products, especially when in the early stages I wasn't confident with the properties and scents of individual ingredients, it was difficult to know where to start.

Over three years later and I'm just beginning to reach the stage where I don't have an endless list of reviews to complete, meaning I can enjoy and appreciate each new release when it appears, and it also means that I now have the time to delve into Lush's impressive collection of seasonal gift sets as well.

While I won't claim that Butterbear is a favourite of mine, I knew I had to pick up this collectors' tin the moment I set my eyes on its gorgeous design. Containing six of the limited edition ballistics, this gift set is easily one of my favourites from the Christmas 2015 collection.

Firstly, this collection works out exceptional value for money, coming in at only £14.95 for the set. When you consider the fact that Butterbears are priced up at £1.95 individually, this means that you're only paying £3.24 for the tin, which I consider to be somewhat of a bargain. While I'm too selfish to pass the tin on to somebody else, there are many that could utilise this - offering it as it is or filling it with a range of goodies and stuffing it in a very lucky person's Christmas stocking.

Either way, this is a great stocking filler and a must have for any Lush fan who I'm sure has relished in the thought of what could be stored in this beautiful tin when those Butterbears have been well and truly enjoyed. While the contents will keep me going for the foreseeable future, this is a lovely addition to my collection and one that will be utilised for years to come.

Vegan?: Yes.

2015 Price: £14.95 each.

  1. This is already on my wish list for Christmas. I don't mind Butterbear, it's a bath bomb I either pick up at Christmas time, or one I'm gifted so I'm kind of used to having it now. :)
