Adam's Apple Solid Mouthwash Tabs
As someone who tries hundreds of new Lush products every single year, there are only a handful of times when something quite literally takes my breath away. It is not very often that I find myself feeling extremely excited to be writing a review but Adam's Apple Solid Mouthwash has me fighting against simply writing 'simply sublime' and posting the publish button.
One of a handful of brand new products for this year's Valentine's Day range, these mouthwash tabs are hands down the best ones that Lush have produced to date. Everything about these little blue tabs are perfect - from how they work, to the smell and taste, Adam's Apple Mouthwash Tabs need to be made a permanent feature in all stores, and here's why...
A problem I find with some of Lush's mouthwash tabs is that they're quite difficult to break down inside your mouth, and I've often ended up with bits of the tabs still sticking to my gums or hidden in my teeth. This means I then have to rinse my mouth out for a second time, which then removes a lot more of the product that's supposed to remain there to keep my mouth cleaner for longer. When it comes to these limited editions, you won't have to worry about an of this palaver.
To use a solid mouth wash tab, you simply crunch the tab between your teeth, take a slurp of water and begin swishing. Once you've finished, you then spit the water into the sink and your whole mouth should feel super clean and refreshed: ready to brace the rest of the day without worrying about smelly breath or food from your lunch remaining stuck between your teeth. It's recommended that you keep the mouthwash in your mouth for a good minute. This allows the ingredients to get to work at cleaning the mouth and deodorising the tongue so you get the maximum results possible.
As you would expect from Lush, the ingredients that have gone into making all three of the mouthwash varieties have also been carefully crafted and serve a purpose. Firstly, they all contain sodium bicarbonate, which is a natural softening ingredient that is also known for its ability to clean and deodorise at the same time. This is a key component that will help to clean your tongue, gums and teeth when you're swishing, and will help to rid your mouth of any strong odours that might be present at the time, freshening your breath in the process.
Each of the mouthwashes also contains xylitol - a natural substance that is found in certain fruits and vegetables and is used in foods and cosmetics as a refined sweetener. This ingredient has been proven to cause none of the harmful effects that sugar can have on the teeth, is perfect for diabetics as it doesn't effect blood sugar levels at all, yet offers the sweetness to help give these tabs their interesting but enjoyable flavours.
What I loved about Adam's Apple is that firstly the consistency of these tabs meant that they dissolved in my mouth immediately. Even my partner, who has tried his fair share of mouthwash tabs with little interest, came rushing out of the bathroom just to tell me how amazed he was at how well these ones work. They are definitely a step above the rest.
Secondly, the taste of these is simply wonderful. Featuring lemon, lime and spearmint oil, these mouthwash tabs offer a fruity flavour along with a crisp, refreshing note of mint. Some consumers have described these tabs as having a 'bubblegum' feel about them and I can definitely understand where that comparison comes from. However, I wouldn't say that they taste of bubblegum: they are far more interesting and tasty than that.
Finally, Adam's Apple Solid Mouthwash Tabs immediately foam up in your mouth and the results you get is a mouth that feels so amazingly clean and sparkly. No matter what you've eaten before using one, these limited editions will remove any unwanted smells and tastes immediately, and your mouth will feel clean for hours afterwards.
Whether you're popping out for a day at the beach; making a weekend trip to see the family; or jet-setting off to somewhere exciting, these 45g bottles can be tucked away with the assurance that you wont arrive at your destination with either soggy luggage, or with the lingering smells of your breakfast still festering on your tongue. Furthermore, they're also alcohol-free so these beauties wont cause you any issues when you're going through customs. No matter the length of your journey, these are handy to use at any time of the day: before you head out on your adventure; after a meal; or anytime you feel you need a little freshen up.
Before the season is out, I will be buying many bottles of these to keep me going. As I said at the start of my review, these are the best mouthwash tabs that Lush have produced so far, and I actually get enjoyment out of using one of these nearly every day. They're a Lush product that I carry around with me every day, and would recommend to anybody wanting to keep their oral health in tip top shape.

ReplyDeleteBiotene Mouthwash
Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil around in your mouth for a specified period, typically around 15-20 minutes, before spitting it out. While traditionally done with coconut or sesame oil, modern variations have emerged, including products like the Oral Spa Elixir from the brand Forest Elixirs. This innovative oil pulling mouthwash claims to be very beneficial for dental health and offers a unique experience by not leaving an oily feeling in the mouth. In this article, we will explore the benefits of oil pulling and delve into the specifics of this new product.
